The Valtellinese cuisine will be the protagonist of the event in high altitude, in the Stelvio National Park.

The typical dishes of the Valtellinese tradition will take center stage on Sunday, August 17, at the fourth edition of Saor de Rèzel – Tröċ Food. Along the route through the stunning landscapes and pastures of the Val di Rezzalo, participants will find a surprise stop for breakfast. Subsequently, they will reach the event area, in the plain of San Bernardo, in front of the little church that symbolizes the valley, where booths with gastronomic points will be set up to enjoy Valtellinese specialties, prepared and served by volunteers from the associations of Sondalo.

There are two proposals for CuntaPass, at a discounted price, to be purchased by August 14:

- Full package at €25: includes 5 gastronomic points plus drinks (first 200 registrants receive the event gadget)

- Under 12 for €15: includes 3 points, plus drinks

The gastronomic booths include:

- Surprise stop, along the route

The mountain breakfast

- Point 1: Well begun is half done

Welcome aperitif and platter with cold cuts and cheeses

- Point 2: At Cavègn valtelinés

Typical dish with Fiadarda and salad

- Point 3: Polenta… the satisfying one

Taragna polenta with meat stew and chanterelles

- Point 4: The sweet of the woods

Turtìn made with buckwheat flour with a soft apple filling (póm)

- Pòsa del böer – Stop for drinks

1 bottle of water, 1 glass of red wine, and Caffè del paštór

For under 12, the CuntaPass includes the surprise stop along the route, a choice between the dish with Fiadarda or polenta and finally the sweet of the woods, water, and apple juice.

Important: on the day of the event, it will only be possible to purchase individual vouchers for the gastronomic points at full price and while supplies last. Therefore, it is recommended not to arrive at the last minute and to purchase CuntaPass in advance.
