From Alpine tradition to contemporary interpretations, the local food scene stands out for its variety, quality and commitment to the area. The accolades from the main guides bear witness to its growth journey.

November 2026 - Alongside its strong sporting and natural credentials, Livigno is increasingly becoming aware of—and actively asserting—its own distinctive culinary identity. Over time, the resort’s dining options have expanded, creating a landscape capable of satisfying different tastes and desires, while never losing its connection to the area and its Alpine culture. A path that blends tradition with modernity, values quality ingredients and encourages research, through a range of culinary interpretations that are different but united by a constant focus on quality. From recipes rooted in Alpine tradition to the most innovative proposals, the table becomes yet another way of telling the story of Livigno—its culture and its relationship with the mountains.

This shift is also reflected in the attention paid to Livigno’s restaurants by some of the most authoritative food guides. In the Gambero Rosso’s Guida Ristoranti d’Italia 2027, Stua de Legn – Alta Cucina Naturale, Stua Noa Fine Dining, Téa del Kosmo and Kosmo are featured, while the Michelin Guide includes Stua Noa Fine Dining, Téa del Kosmo, Kosmo, Al Peršéf and Camana Veglia in its selection—showing the variety and depth of the local dining scene.

The Guida ai Ristoranti di Identità Golose also highlights Livigno’s culinary scene. Its selection includes Stua Noa Fine Dining and Stua de Legn – Alta Cucina Naturale, two venues that help to present the range of the resort’s gastronomic offering, through different interpretations of the cuisine and its connection to the Alpine landscape.

Further confirmation comes from the Falstaff Restaurant Guide Italia 2027, which gives Téa del Kosmo a score of 93/100, based on an evaluation that takes into account cuisine, service, drinks and style, and also includes Al Peršéf in its selection. The latter confirms its path of excellence with two hats and the 16.50 points awarded by Le Guide de L’Espresso, which selects it among the 300 restaurants in the 2027 edition. L’Espresso also features Stua Noa Fine Dining in its Guida Ristoranti d’Italia 2027.

Alongside these, there are the four turnip radishes out of five awarded by the We’re Smart Green Guide, a prestigious international guide dedicated to plant-based cuisine, and the presence of Al Peršéf in the Eccellenze a Tavola 2026 selection. The overall picture is completed by the recent Territori Sostenibili Award 2026, awarded to Kosmo as part of the first edition of the Guida ai migliori mountain club d’Italia. The award highlights the venue’s commitment to a dining model focused on sustainability, the promotion of local resources and care for the overall guest experience.

Visit and recognition that show the destination’s growth journey, and the increasingly central role of gastronomy in its identity. In Livigno, the story of the mountains also comes to the table: thanks to a cuisine that safeguards its roots, it opens itself up to new influences and finds in quality, research and the ability to innovate the ingredients needed to keep evolving. An offering that enriches the travel experience and expands the ways to discover the resort, confirming that the mountains can also be a destination to savour—where every culinary experience helps to reveal a place with an authentic personality and many different facets.
