Livigno, October 3, 2025 – On Wednesday, October 1, Livigno welcomed the delegation from APT of Madonna di Campiglio for an institutional meeting with the APT of Livigno, held at Aquagranda – CONI Olympic Preparation Center. The visit was an opportunity for a direct comparison between two important alpine tourist realities, which share common goals and challenges related to the sustainable development of the mountains, the promotion of the territory, and the hospitality of visitors.
Before the meeting, the Madonna di Campiglio delegation had the chance to visit the Aquagranda facility, an excellence of Livigno recognized nationally and internationally, a landmark for professional athletes and sports enthusiasts. During the discussion, the topics of collaboration between destinations, the exchange of best practices, and possible future synergies aimed at strengthening the tourism offer and international visibility of the Italian Alps were explored.
The day concluded with a shared commitment to keep the dialogue alive between the two destinations, strengthening a relationship of friendship and collaboration that could bring mutual benefits and new opportunities for both communities. This initiative is part of a process that Livigno has already started some time ago, regularly hosting, and in turn being hosted by, delegations from other Italian and international tourist destinations with the aim of discussing issues related to innovation, sustainable development, and the evolution of mountain tourism. An open and proactive approach that reflects Livigno's desire to position itself as a laboratory of ideas and best practices in the alpine landscape.
