The October Fair takes place in Delebio on 18 and 19 October 2026 and is a traditional fair with stalls and a cattle fair.
A date that goes back to a tradition documented since 1809, returning to bring Delebio to life for two days. The event takes over via Stelvio and the town, with plenty of stalls, alongside the traditional cattle fair.
So, the October Fair is closely linked to the area’s history and customs, keeping at its heart one of its most distinctive features: the meeting of the fair in town and the appointment dedicated to cattle in Gera.

Oltrepassato Piantedo un lungo rettilineo porta alla strettoia nel centro di Delebio. Il nucleo abitato è circondato a nord, oltre la ferrovia, di verdi e pianeggianti prati mentre il centro storico si spinge fino alle pendici delle Alpi Orobie. Ricco di storia ed arte, Delebio fu tra i primi nuclei abitati ad essere trasformato in Comune; il 12 agosto 1204. Oggi rappresenta uno dei centri più importanti della Bassa Valtellina grazie ad una vivace attività artigiane ed industriale. Il territorio di Delebio ad est è delimitato dal torrente Lesina, che scende dall'omonima valle, e ne segna il confine naturale con Andalo, mentre verso ovest il confine con il contiguo comune di Piantedo è rappresentato dal piccolo torrente Madriasco. La zona artigianale e industriale costeggia la strada statale 38 lungo la direttrice Piantedo-Delebio.
