“The magic mountain lights up with stars” takes place in Dazio, in Valtellina, on Saturday 14 November 2026, and it’s an evening walk with dinner at a mountain hut and stargazing.

A night that brings together nature, local flavours and wonders of the night sky: as the sun sets, we’ll hike up to Rifugio Casermetta, where dinner—pizzoccheri—is on the menu. After dinner, you’ll observe the sky using Billy’s telescopes, and then head back on foot under the stars.

The group sets off from Dazio at 16.00 and hikes up towards sunset as far as Rifugio Casermetta. Next up is dinner with pizzoccheri and an astronomy session. The return journey is on foot, around 22.00.
