  • 40 g of young Valtellina Casera DOP
  • 2 seitan hamburgers
  • 1 package of hamburger buns
  • Soy sauce to taste

  • 1 jar of tuna fillets
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • Parsley to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVO) to taste
  • White wine vinegar to taste
  • Powdered sugar to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  1. In a pan, heat a drizzle of EVO oil with a clove of garlic. When golden, remove it.
