- 1 package of chicken breast slices
- 50 g of Bitto DOP (grated or in flakes)
- Curry to taste
- 30 g of peeled almonds
- 30 g of butter
- 1 package of bread croutons
- 1 apple (preferably sweet)
- 1 fresh pineapple
- Chives to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 250 g of fresh cream

- Fruit in the pan:
- Peel the apple and slice it thinly.
- In a pan, melt a knob of butter and brown the apple slices.
- Cut the pineapple in half, hollow it out, and cut the flesh into cubes.
- Add the pineapple cubes to the apple and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Prepare the chicken curry:
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Add it to the pan with the apple and pineapple.
- Combine curry, salt, pepper, and fresh cream.
- Cook over medium heat until the chicken is well cooked and the sauce is creamy.
