📝 Ingredients for the base
- 120 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of dark chocolate
🔄 Melt butter and chocolate in a bain-marie before adding them to the mixture.
🍫 Ingredients for the cream
- 30 g of butter
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 200 g of chocolate (dark, milk, or a mix of both)
👩🍳 Preparation
1. Prepare the base:
- In a bowl, mix eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until you get a frothy mixture.
- Add the oil, the milk, and then the melted chocolate and butter.
- Finally, incorporate sifted flour, vanilla powder, and baking powder, mixing well with a spatula.
- Pour into a fluted tart pan (the one with the grooves on the bottom) that is greased and floured.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and invert the pan to form the base.
2. Prepare the cream:
- Melt butter, cream, and chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Pour the cream over the now cooled base, level it, and let it cool completely.
3. Decorate:
