📝 Ingredients for the base

  • 120 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g of dark chocolate

🔄 Melt butter and chocolate in a bain-marie before adding them to the mixture.

🍫 Ingredients for the cream

  • 30 g of butter
  • 200 g of cooking cream
  • 200 g of chocolate (dark, milk, or a mix of both)

👩‍🍳 Preparation

1. Prepare the base:

  • In a bowl, mix eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until you get a frothy mixture.
  • Add the oil, the milk, and then the melted chocolate and butter.
  • Finally, incorporate sifted flour, vanilla powder, and baking powder, mixing well with a spatula.
  • Pour into a fluted tart pan (the one with the grooves on the bottom) that is greased and floured.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and invert the pan to form the base.

2. Prepare the cream:

  • Melt butter, cream, and chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring until you obtain a smooth cream.
  • Pour the cream over the now cooled base, level it, and let it cool completely.

3. Decorate:

  • Add chocolate chips, candies, toasted hazelnuts, or fresh fruit as desired.
