You will be offered:

fried pizzetta but not greasy, tomato, buffalo cheese, basil, and oregano

very soft, steamed, with Bolognese ragù, stracciatella of burrata, and parmesan wafer
The Lady in Yellow

Soft Parma
high, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth, tomato, fior di latte, Parma ham, basil, and oregano
Crunchy Dough
high, crunchy, and light, fior di latte, smoked salmon, ricotta, and pistachio granella
