Four sessions, each focused on a specific theme, to try out recipes that range from ice creams to preserves, all the way to doughs and appetisers. Participants can join the classes either on their own or together with a friend.

The Bimby cooking courses take place in Chiuro on 25 September, 16 October, 6 November and 27 November 2026 and are free appointments dedicated to cooking and preparing different types of recipes.

Course programme

25 September – Ice creams
The session is dedicated to making ice creams and using “different” ingredients.

16 October – Preserves
A get-together focused on autumn preparations “empty-the-garden”.

6 November – Doughs, shortcrusts and proving
The course goes deeper into doughs, shortcrusts and proving, using sourdough.

27 November – Starters and nibbles
The final session is dedicated to starters and nibbles prepared in advance.

All sessions start at 18:00 at the Bimby Office on via Stelvio 36 in Chiuro.
