Festa del Pan Ner

Saturday 17 October 2026 sees the Festa del Pan Ner return to Poschiavo, a day dedicated to rye bread and the traditions of Valposchiavo.
The event takes place at Casa Tomé, where the oven will be lit especially to prepare “li brasciadeli”, the valley’s traditional rye bread.
In the afternoon, you’ll also be able to enjoy a merenda, and there will be a chance to see the animals in the stable. The 2026 edition will also be paired with the exhibition dedicated to the 100% Legno Valposchiavo project, creating a link between age-old know-how, local products and making the most of the area’s resources.
