🍍 Bresaola and Fresh Pineapple: Fresh and Quick Recipe with Spreadable Cream

Are you looking for a delicious, light, and original appetizer? This bresaola cream with fresh pineapple is the perfect solution to surprise your guests! A recipe with a unique flavor, where the savory taste of Bresaola della Valtellina IGP meets the sweetness of pineapple and the freshness of mint 🌿. 📝 Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 150 g of Bresaola della Valtellina IGP
  • 120 g of spreadable cheese
  • Milk to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 slices of fresh pineapple
  • Some fresh mint leaves

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. In a food processor, add the bresaola, spreadable cheese, a splash of milk, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream.
    If the consistency is too thick, add another splash of milk.
  3. Cut the fresh pineapple into diced pieces and tear some mint leaves with your hands.
  4. Add pineapple and mint to a bowl, mix gently, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  5. Fill some finger food glasses up to ¾ with the bresaola cream.
  6. Top with the diced pineapple flavored with mint.
  7. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.

💡 Tips:

  • You can prepare the cream in advance and assemble the glasses just before serving.
