🍎 Bresaola della Valtellina with Sautéed Apples and Blueberry Jam

📝 Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 200 g of Bresaola della Valtellina sliced thin
  • 2 apples from Valtellina
  • 100 g of blueberry jam
  • Butter to taste

👩‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Arrange the slices of bresaola on a serving plate.
  2. Wash and slice the apples thinly, then sauté them in a pan with a knob of butter until golden and soft.
  3. Place the warm apples on top of the bresaola.
  4. Garnish each portion with a spoonful of blueberry jam.
