Spring brings with it fresh scents and flavors, and this recipe is the perfect expression of that! The bresaola wraps with strawberries and arugula are a quick, creative, and colorful idea, perfect as an elegant appetizer or for a light summer aperitif 🌞

A surprising combination of the sweetness of strawberries, the intensity of arugula, and thin bresaola, all tied together by a soft and flavorful cheese cream. Prepare them in just a few minutes, and you'll impress your guests with an explosion of taste and freshness! ✨

🛒 Ingredients for 4 people

  • 150 g of Bresaola Menatti thinly sliced
  • 400 g of spreadable cheese like Philadelphia
  • 140 g of fresh arugula
  • 140 g of strawberries at medium ripeness
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.

👩‍🍳 Preparation

  1. In a bowl, work the spreadable cheese with a very fine chop of arugula, the Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg, until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
  2. Add the strawberries diced, previously washed, dried, and trimmed.
  3. Gently mix and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Take a slices of bresaola, place a spoonful of filling on top and fold it to form a wrap.
  5. Close the wraps with threads of chives or fold them in a half-moon, like small pastries.

💡 Creative Tip

You can also make some rolls and roll them to form bresaola roses, ideal to serve on a bed of fresh arugula!

🧊 Store them in the refrigerator until serving to keep them fresh and compact.
