  • 1 liter of white grappa
  • 1 kg of mixed berries (wild strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 800 g of sugar
  • 250 ml of water

  5. Once cool, combine the syrup with the infusion of grappa and berries.
  6. Filter the liqueur and let it decant for a few days in a bottle before tasting.
