๐ Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 2 rolls of puff pastry rectangular
- 8 slices of bresaola from Valtellina
- 8 thin slices of Casera cheese
- 1 whole egg (for brushing)

- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly brush with the beaten egg.
- Alternate the slices of bresaola with the Casera cheese, leaving a 1 cm border free.
- Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry.
- Seal the edges well and poke holes in the surface with the tines of a fork to let steam escape.
- Brush again with the beaten egg.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
