- Remove the edges from the bread slices with a sharp knife.
- Place a slice of bread on a plate, then a slice of cheese, and finally 1-2 slices of Bresaola della Valtellina IGP. Try to stay within the edges.
- Cover with another slice of bread and repeat the filling: bread – cheese – bresaola – bread… until you get 5 layers of bread and 4 layers of filling.
- Position 4 skewers evenly on the sandwich, forming 4 sections.
