🛒 Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 g of green beans
- 8 slices of smoked pancetta
- 1 onion
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
👩🍳 Preparation
- Boil the green beans in plenty of salted water until they are tender but still crunchy.
- Drain them and let them cool slightly.
- Form bundles of green beans (the “fascin”) and wrap each with a slice of smoked pancetta.
- In a baking dish, sauté the chopped onion in butter until it becomes golden.
- Place the fascin in the baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for a few minutes.
- As soon as the pancetta becomes crispy, take them out and serve immediately.
