📝 Ingredients (for 4 people)
- Arugula, or lamb’s lettuce or small chicory to taste
- 200 g of Bresaola della Valtellina IGP, sliced into julienne
- Cherry tomatoes (to taste, whole or halved)
- 50 g of shelled walnuts
- 150 g of Casera Cheese DOP, cut into cubes
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

- Wash and dry the chosen salad, then place it in a large bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, whole or halved.
- Combine the julienned Bresaola, shelled walnuts, and cubed Casera cheese.
- Dress with extra virgin olive oil and, if you like, a few drops of fresh lemon or balsamic vinegar.
